Online Workspace
One of the major issues when building a project with a client who is located some distance from the designer or developer, is the communications problem.
We feel we’ve solved that particular issue with our Shared Workspace solution.
All clients can now have their own online secure work area – shared with the developer and designer who are actually working on your project.
All messages, text and images are uploaded to this area togehter with any project notes or requests – screenshots of work in progress can also be uploaded for client approval.
The client is automatically alerted by email whenever a change is posted into the workspace area for their particular project.
The value of this system is that everything is kept together, no more looking for misplaced files, emails or photo’s etc.
The system provides a clear audit trail of the work done and serves a s a repository after project completion – useful for updating or tweaking a finalised website further down the line.
