Getting Started

Our business process is very simple:

  • You decide what kind of a site you want.
  • We give you a firm quote for the price.
  • Together we then discuss the look and feel of your project.

Stage 1

When you are ready to start we will allocate you your own project workspace area,  with your own username and password – so you can monitor and control all aspects of your project.

We will then invoice you for 1/3rd of the project cost.
We do this because at this stage we have to do several things that will be unique to your project, such as company logo’s, registering domain names etc. If you decide not to go ahead at a later stage we  still have them to pay for from our suppliers.

On receipt of your deposit we will obtain a suitable domain name for your new site, arrange for your blank web pages to be hosted on our server and produce several different design themes’ for you to look at. This is to establish an overall ‘look and feel’ for your site.

You can choose any one of them, mix and match ideas from all of them or suggest alternatives.

Stage 2

When you feel comfortable with the general look of the site, we will upload all the pages to a holding area on the server. This means that the pages can be seen by yourself but not by the general public. The text and picture areas will be blank awaiting your company content. This is a ‘working model’  or skeleton of the site and together we can fill in the content.

At the working model stage of the project we will invoice you for a further 1/3rd of the project total.

The final  stage is getting what you want to say onto the framework of your new  site.
The content you supply us can be from current literature, newsletters or other sources and should ideally be in electronic format.
(If we have to type up your content from printed materials there will be an additional handling charge)

Stage 3

When you are happy with the finished site, we will invoice you for the final 1/3rd payment and publish the site to the Internet.

Our goal is to propose a site and price that you’ll love.
We’re confident that your new web presence will work hard for your business.

In order to obtain optimum performance from Wordpress all sites designed by us should preferably be hosted on our servers.
[current hosting charges are £12pm payable by standing order]

All sites include as many email addresses as you need for your business.
