Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all services provided by ThriftySites Group Ltd (Company No. 16555701), registered office: No 1 Whitehall Riverside, Riverside Way, Leeds, LS1 4BN ("ThriftySites", "we", "us" or "our") to the Client.

Definitions

  • The Client: The company or individual requesting services from ThriftySites Group Ltd.
  • The Project: Web design, development or related services provided by us.
  • Project Completion: Completion of agreed components.
  • Launch: Upload or delivery of the final project.

Acceptance

By accepting a quote or purchasing services, the Client confirms they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Agreement

Work will only commence once an agreement has been confirmed in writing (email or otherwise) or verbally. All quotes and project details must be reviewed and agreed before work begins.

Timeframes

Project timelines typically range from one to six months depending on scope. We will always aim to complete work promptly, subject to client cooperation and provision of required materials.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide all required content (text, images, etc.) in a timely manner.
  • Delays in providing content may result in project delays or additional charges (up to 25%).
  • Failure to provide required materials within six weeks may result in project closure and full balance becoming payable.

Payments

  • Projects under £1,000: full payment required upfront.
  • Projects over £1,000: 50% upfront, 25% at initial review, 25% on completion.
  • Invoices are due within seven days unless agreed otherwise.
  • Late payments may incur interest or service charges.

Ownership & Rights

All work remains the property of ThriftySites Group Ltd until payment is received in full, after which usage rights are granted to the Client in accordance with this agreement.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of earnings, or issues caused by third parties, hosting providers or client misuse. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the service.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement in writing. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced and payable in full.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of England
